Verify your Yamo profile securely
Yamo uses one secure verification centre for eligible renters, vehicle hosts, individual vehicles, and chauffeurs. When document intake is open, you can upload a PDF or colour image or use your phone camera; our team manually reviews the documents and asks for corrections when needed. An email-verified account is not automatically approved to rent, host or drive.
Privacy: Never send your government-issued ID, driving licence, insurance certificate, or police clearance through ordinary email, public messages or general support tickets. If intake is temporarily closed, your existing application status remains viewable. Do not upload real documents until the secure portal says submissions are open.

Understanding your application status
- Submitted: We received your application; documents await review.
- Under review: Staff are checking your documents and eligibility.
- Needs attention: Submit a corrected or replacement document in your private case.
- Approved: The relevant activity is verified while its required documents remain valid. Other Yamo activities may require separate approval.
- Denied: Review the reason and, where eligible, appeal through your case.
