Yamo Privacy Notice
Operated by Yamo Enterprise, based in Jamaica. Business/service address: Bannister Hall, Old Harbour P.O., Jamaica. Contact: support@driveyamo.com.
Effective October 23, 2026. This notice describes the information Yamo currently collects through website accounts and support. The separate Verification Privacy & Appeals Notice describes the planned private document workflow. Its remaining operational safeguards are under review, and real ID uploads are not open to the public.
Information collected
When you create an account, Yamo receives your name, email address and password, which WordPress stores as a one-way password hash. We also maintain verification status, account security records, information you choose to add to your profile, and support requests. Website hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, cookies and activity logs necessary to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, confirm email ownership, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain security. WordPress.com operates our website, and Titan Email/FluentSMTP may be used to send transactional emails. We do not need your identity documents to create an email-verified account.
Your choices and security
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@driveyamo.com, subject to records we are required to retain. You can also update some information within your dashboard. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Access to any future identity-document workflows will require additional safeguards and a separate retention policy.
Updates
We may revise this notice as Yamo expands. Changes will be posted here. For privacy questions or concerns, email support@driveyamo.com.
This initial notice will be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Yamo operates before identity-document intake and paid rentals are activated.
